WHAT THE INSPECTION VISIT INVOLVES

  • The check of control and security of the warehouse, its structure and current handling flows.
  • The preparation of a report of what has been observed performed by experienced and qualified technicians, where areas for improvement will be highlighted.
  • The development of a mitigation plan for the hazardous situations that have been highlighted.
  • Monitoring and constantly updating the Plant Safety Report so that it is always available to the customer.

TO WHOM IS IT ADDRESSED?

R.S.P.P . Safety Prevention and Protection Officer-who must be informed and updated on risk situations and the most appropriate activities aimed at mitigating dangerous situations.

P.R.S.E.S . Responsible for the Safety of Storage Equipment-a new figure according to UNI EN 15635 who must conduct weekly audits and be trained for this purpose.

WORKER who will see increased storage capacity by repairing damaged shelves, but also increased productivity by being able to work in a safer environment, avoiding injuries or downtime due to interruptions.

INSPECTION VISIT CHECK LIST

  • Visual inspection from the ground of items exposed to impacts.
  • Overhead visual inspection with pantograph platform of elements exposed to shocks.
  • Survey of shelving arrangement, restitution in plan and elevations of load levels.
  • Photographic report of the damage found.
  • Measurement of permanent deformation of structures.
  • Verification of the correct installation of anti-coupling devices.
  • Verticality verification of structures.
  • Verification of bolt tightening.
  • Verification of ground tightening.
  • Good condition and suitability of stored pallets.
  • Verify that vehicle transit areas are present and defined.
  • Verify that pedestrian passage is defined and protected.
  • Verify that the pavement is suitable for the type of work and vehicles used.
  • Presence of safety signs and equipment in the warehouse.
  • Mapping of the plant with the definition of individual elements.
  • Verification of existence and correspondence of range plates.
  • Training of staff working in the warehouse, PRSES and RSPP.
  • Written report of inspection findings with characterization of anomalies.
  • Census and bill of items for replacement.
